Our mission is to bring New Jersey families of children with autism together with ABA practitioners through science, compassion, and communication to provide the best outcomes for each child we serve.
We understand that every child is unique, learns in different ways, and can benefit from teaching that is individualized for them and we seek to provide high-quality ABA services while making sure we honor each child’s uniqueness and each family’s values.
We aim to:
- Use a collaborative approach among team members,
- Provide individualized assessment & program development for each of our clients,
- Promote independence and skill development for each individual we serve and,
- Empower families to do the same.
We are dedicated to:
- Assessment-informed, personalized treatment programming
- Ongoing data collection and evaluation of client progress
- Development and well-being of our clients, families, and staff

Compassion, communication, and active family involvement
- Ongoing, frequent staff and caregiver training by our BCBAs
- Collaboration of care with other service providers (e.g., occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, classroom teachers, medical doctors)
